Pulling block attributes into a schedule, pushing a spreadsheet back into the drawing, or generating a bill of materials that matches what is actually drawn.

How it works
From a phone call to a working command.

A call, at no cost
Half an hour on what your team repeats and where the time goes. You do not need a specification: a description and a screenshot is plenty.

A written, fixed quote
A short document: what the command will do, what it will not do, what it costs and when it lands. One price, agreed before any work starts. If the scope grows later, that is a new quote, not a surprise invoice.

Built, and put in your hands early
You get a working installer well before the end, so the people who will actually use it can say what is wrong while it is still cheap to change.

Handed over properly
Source code, an installer, and a short written reference, yours to keep and to modify. Optional training for the team, and maintenance afterwards if you want it.
Questions
Before you write.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Source code and full ownership transfer to you on delivery. You can modify it, hand it to another developer, or take it in-house. I keep no licence over work you paid for.
How long does a project take?
A single command is usually two to three weeks from agreed quote to installer. A larger set of tools runs longer, and the quote says exactly how long before you commit to anything.
What happens when AutoCAD updates?
A new AutoCAD version can break a plugin that references changed APIs. Anything I build comes with a year of fixes for that, and a maintenance arrangement afterwards if you would rather not think about it, scoped to what you actually need kept working, not a flat fee for nothing.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Usually. If you already have AutoLISP, VBA or .NET tooling, a new plugin can sit alongside it. Rewriting the old tooling is a separate conversation; sometimes it is worth it and sometimes it very much is not, and I will tell you which.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send yours with your first message, or ask and I will send a short one.
Is the training only about your plugins?
The session is built around the MD plugins and how to get real speed out of them, using your own drawings rather than a generic demo. If your team wants broader AutoCAD productivity coaching, say so when you write and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person.
Where are you, and does it matter?
Québec, Canada. Work is remote: calls, screen sharing and email, which is how AutoCAD development goes regardless. Both English and French, whichever your team prefers.
